Thanks, Does the cpu matter with graphibs card? it's a AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core.

That CPU should be more than fine. The CPU would only matter if it was too slow and bottlenecked the card. (i.e. if you picked a dual core) That is not the case here, the 8320 is more than fast enough.
