Motherboard compatibility question

Hi I am about to change my motherboard and Id like to know if everything will be compatible altogether. Here are my computer specs

Motherboard(the one I will use) : Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT LGA 775 G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard DDR3 1333 Motherboard
Harddrive : wdc wd5000aakx-083ca1 ata
GPU : Nvidia geforce 730 GT 2GB DDR3, 64bit
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E8500 3.16GHz 1333MHz 6MB LGA775 CPU, OEM
Power Supply : atx-350-102 df atx12v2.0
Case : Mid tower
