I wondered if my Asus ROG Crossblade Ranger motherboard be Compatible with the Intel Core i5 I5-4690 Haswell 3.5GHZ Processor LGA1150, if not I would like some suggestions.. I mostly want Intel

No that board supports AMD FM2+ chips only. We can suggest boards but we'd need to know your price range and what kind of features you'd need/want.

it has a fm2+ socket so it will support only the AMD A series apus. intel uses a totally different socket for its cpus so it wont work
