I'm looking for a budget motherboard to support a palit geforce gtx 1060 3gb and a amd fx 6300,the budget is around 50-60$ since everything is overpriced in my country.Hope you guys can help me

That CPU would severely hinder the performance of the GTX 1060. I'd highly suggest, since your buying a new motherboard anyway, to look into upgrading to an Intel Kaby Lake and DDR4 RAM (if you currently have Windows 10). If you want to reuse your current DDR3, or don't currently have Windows 10, you can also upgrade to an Intel Skylake (using a DDR3 motherboard, not DDR4).

Note that the motherboard above is DDR3 (to just specifically re-use your current DDR3 RAM sticks).

I only own the gtx 1060,i was thinking about buying a processor,a budget one,i can choose between the amd fx 6300 or a i3-7100.Thats my budget, since a i3-7100 is around 150-160$ in my country

The i3-7100 is a viable option (with a very small chance of bottlenecking the GTX 1060 in only the worst-case scenarios).

But take note that using a locked 7th-gen (Kaby Lake) CPU would necessitate for you to get a B250/H270 motherboard that supports the 7th-gen CPU out-of-the-box without any BIOS updates/incompatibilities.

Also, these B250/H270 motherboards only support DDR4 RAM (not DDR3), so, if you have some DDR3 RAM sticks, you won't be able to use it and you need to buy DDR4.

Another thing is that Kaby Lake CPUs only works on Windows 10 OS, so, if you are not using Win10, you have to purchase that as well.

I do own a Win 10,64 bit version and i was planing to upgrade my ram to ddr4.My biggest problem is my psu,i'm planing to get a Segotep gtr-550,is that going to be decent enough for my system?
