i am have a asus B85M-G LGA 1150 but dont know if my i5 4690 is compatible plz awnser also can having a really good motherboard increase fps but having a bad motherboard lower the fps please awnser :/

Yes it can fit in that socket and having a better motherboard would help you a lot with games and stuff, I don't know about fps but if that's what you have for a mobo just use it for now and save up for a better one down the road it should be fine for now
