Question Motherboard compatibility

Hello guys,
so i got a MSI msi h81m-p33 motherboard with intel i3 4160 3.6ghz processor instaled in it and 8gb of ram . SO i was using AMD hd 5750 sooo old (doesnt work anymore) and i think im gonna buy a nvidia geforce 1030 2go ddr5 . ooh yeah and btw i got 400W Psu .
My question is the motherboard and the other components are compatible with the gt 1030 ??? can i buy it or should i upgrade anything???

thanx alot can i ask another question ?? whats the difference between the msi gt 1030 , palit gt1030 and the normal gt1030 ???
