Does the Gigabit X570S AORUS ELITE support the ryzen 7 5700x? been seeing alot of mixed answers lol

it does support it , but you need to have your bios updated to the F4 version before you put it into the socket .

Ok so when i do the first initial update on the bios do I have to stick with that update or can I update it once the system is done? And thanks for your response!

You can update as many times as necessary to stay current as the mfr. releases new versions. But at any rate I'd suggest updating to the latest BIOS version for best compatibility with both your CPU and with Windows 11.

Also, that board has Q-Flash Plus, a BIOS flashback feature that lets you update BIOS with an unsupported CPU in the socket, or even without a CPU or memory.
