Motherboard compatible with intel i3 3220

I am looking for a motherboard that will support an intel i3 3220 right out of the box. I don't want to flash the bios, or have to get it updated. I've already had issues with the bios not being up to date so i need a motherboard where the bios already supports this processor. I am trying to stay around or less then $100. 4 DIMM slots is a must as I want to have some expandability. I've been looking around on newegg and have found a couple motherboards that should work, but the last one I got said it would work and the bios was out of date along with some other issues. Would these motherboards be compatible with my i3 right out of the box? if not, could someone point me to some that would?

Out of those the ASUS B75 motherboard will do the job.
