Sir my pc spec is cpu i7 4790k and gpu is zotac 750ti. Motherboard is Asus h81mv-3.smps is antec 550v.and ram is ddr3 1333 8gb.sir I want to upgrade my mobo please suggest me Asus z97 series mobo under Rs.10000 to 15000.which support ddr3 1333 ram.

That being said, you will not see any benefit in network transfers(Gigabib etherenet is as good as it gets) or gaming(you can OC that CPU all you want, with the weak 750ti you will see no improvement)

Same. Faster storage will help you with that and an SSD is highly recommended for your system drive. Look for a Crucial MX300 275GB. It's excellent value for teh money.
