Possibly. You have a DDR2 and DDR3 capable board.
If you have an AM2 or AM2+ CPU, then you're limited to DDR2.
If you have AM3 or AM3+ CPU, then you can use DDR3.
There's 4 slots, 2 are DDR2 and 2 are DDR3 - the board supports a max 8GB (2x4GB) at 1600Mhz so, in theory, with an AM3/+ CPU, using the DDR3 slots on the board, then you should be fine.
Some boards simply do not like certain RAM though. The QVL has not been updated for 4GB modules, so it's very much going to be hit or miss.
You may have to reset your CMOS for the RAM to be recognized.
