Hi, I built my desktop about 2 years ago and recently it had been crashing a lot randomly (BSOD). Now it crashes as soon as i come to user log in. The dram red led would come on for a few seconds when ever i booted up so I felt maybe the ram went bad. I tried booting with each stick individually and no luck (2gbx2 Dual Chanel) 4gb in total . I ran memtest86 on each stick in each different ram slot individually and found errors eventually on both sticks in every slot. However the number of errors for a sick varied in amount and time to occur depending on the slot (I don't know if that means anything). I understand that the memtest86 shows errors in ram but this could be due to anything in relation to ram and not necessarily just the ram exclusively (correct me if i'm wrong). Hence, I would like to find out if there is anything wrong with my motherboard or cpu. I'm leaning more towards motherboard and ram here because i hear that cpu's hardly ever fail but the other two do frequently. I don't have anyone to exchange parts with to test it out, so I was wondering if anyone knows of any diagnostic tools to test for motherboard and cpu error? (Also do you think this could have something to do with psu?) *NOTE: nothing is overclocked*

My build is:

-AMD 1055t 6core 2.8ghz
-4gb XMS3 corsair ddr3 ram (2x2gb)
-Asus M4A89GTD Pro motherboard (Latest Bios)
-Powercolor HD Radeon 6850 1gb gddr5
-1TB western digital caviar blue HDD
-coolermaster eXtreme Power Plus PSU 600w

I just read up on my psu and apparently is terrible...I'm a bit disappointed that i didn't look into it more before buying it :/. Apparently it generally only supplies about 450w and I believe I need at least 500w to support my build. I read that drawing more power from it can damage your parts. In that case before I buy new parts I probably need to find out what is damaged. Hence, Is there anyway I can test my motherboard for damage, via bootable software such as memtest86?
