After your comments/help (thanks a lot) and research this is what I've put together. Today I'll just go to a few shops to get pricing and see where to get all the parts from. Let me know what you think and what you would change.

MSI NX6600LE-TD256E nVidia 6600LE Chipset SLI Ready 256MB DDR TV-Out DVI PCI Express Video Card
$170

Western Digital Caviar SATA II (WD2500KS) 250GB 7200RPM 16MB Buffer

Thermaltake Silent PurePower W0011RUC 480 Watt PSU w/ Active PFC, Dual Fan
$90

1GB PC4300 DDR2 533MHz 240-pin

(Prices are in Canadian Dollars)

What's your system usage? Budget? Why get a mobo with integrated graphics when you're buying a vid card? Those prices seem a little high, too - we can get the P5LD2 for $106 in the states.

If you want to do gaming, then I recommend you step up your vid card - the 6600LE is a lame duck...6600GT or better would be my recommendation.

No games, I use it for trading stocks and for a bit of video stuff (converting, not really editing).

Those are the prices from one place, today I went to two shops so they'll get me their prices tomorrow so I'll see if they're any better
