So I want to Upgrade from my old 2500k to a New r5 1400 but I have windows 7 and on the New motherboard it says to put în a pinnacle or I don't know what cpu to Upgrade to windows 10 and then to put the r5 1400 but the problem is that I don't want to lose my data and I don't have Any of those cpu's that I need for the upgrade to windows 10
And I want to know if it exist other ways to make the New motherboard and the New cpu work with windows 7 and then upgrade to windows 10:unsure:

Upgrade to Win 10 first, in your current system. Get it running and activated.
Then, this:
For the OS activation, read and do this before you change any parts:...

You should reinstall Windows on new hardware, regardless.

Back up your data. Upgrade to Windows 10 from inside W7, then link it to your MS account.
Create installation media (USB)

Then, with your new hardware, install W10 from your created USB and sign-in with your MS account.

As for a CPU, a Ryzen5 1400 is a pretty underwhelming CPU, honestly. Yes, it's an upgrade from a 2500K but not by a whole lot - and especially not in applications utilizing 4 cores or less.
Aim for a Ryzen5 1600 or 2600 as a minimum, IMO.
