Motherboard CPU, VGA, DRAM and Boot Device lights all cycle on start up?

Hi there. I've had my computer almost exactly a year, self build. Everything has been fine but I've noticed revelry that the CPU, VGA, DRAM and Boot Device LEDs seem to cycle on startup.

They don't stay on, but I've literally never seen them come in before. None of them are red but I don't really know what it means when they don't stay on? I have an ASUS ROG Strix B250F if that helps.

I have seen them cycle on startup. I think it's probably normal.

...and in general....you don't want them to stay on.
