Hi guys! My Mobo kinda died a couple of weeks ago and I've been trying to look for a replacement but I'm not really good at it.

My motherboard was a Gigabyte Z97X-SLI, So my socket is a LGA 1150 with DDR3.

I can't seem to find any motherboard that supports both the 1150 and DDR3.

(my CPU is an i5-4690k, I have two Ripjaws X for 16gb, my graphic card is a GeForce GTX 970 and I've got a Samsung 850 EVO SSD)

I understand that I might have to change more than my motherboard and if so, do you have any recommendations? I'd like to keep the changes under 600$.(Canadian)

I am sorry if anything is confusing and thank you for the help!

Solution
There are some differences such as it can fit in almost any case but there are some downsides such as:

CPU Fan can interfere with the ram sticks IF it is big enough
Less USB ports
Is this a micro mobo? Are there differences between normal ones and micro ones? Beside the price / size, of course.

I had quite a few things on my previous one so would I be able to connect everything on a micro Mobo? If everything would work anyway I'd probably go with it! So thank you. :)
