Motherboard, Dell, No power I think it's model WL-138gV2

I have a Dell PC, it used to work just great all the time. Then one day it stopped working... There is a green light on the back of the power supply, a solid orange light on the motherboard, and the power button used to be blue, but now doesn't do anything at all, I press the button and the computer is completely unresponsive... Any thoughts or ideas? I'm fairly computer savvy but I'm no genius.... I was hoping someone here could give me some insight and help me fix it maybe? Idk if it's a motherboard issue, if so I'm not sure how I would figure out what new motherboard to buy and put in there, or where to buy it... So yeah, if anyone's willing I could really use some help on this one... If I'm not mistaken the motherboard is an intel G33M02, hope I got my numbers right...[strike][/strike]
