Question Motherboard died

I have a long one here. I bought what I thought was a new motherboard but it wasn't. I couldn't test it as I was buying piece by piece. I was happy because it looked pretty and stupid me thought nothing of the scratch on it.

After months of saving, BOOM I built my first computer. It had 4 ddr4 slots but one didn't work, slot 3. I ran it on 3/4 ram slots filled.

One by one the ram slots disappeared. Wala computer. What happened?

I'm trying to learn more and more as I go. I think the previous person had a power supply that fluctuated. Incorrect voltage caused damage on RAM slot 3. Then you know the rest is history

It wasan Asus 450bm tuff gaming motherboard, 3 sticks x 16gug ddr4, athelon processor is it 200, 300, 2000, 3000
