I recently upgraded my computer with a new motherboard, ASUS ROG maximus hero XI [Wifi], and it was working perfectly fine. Then i drove to my college unpacked it all and now my graphics cards fans dont stay on and then my motherboard keeps diplaying random post code numbers from 7F,04,04,31,27. I also have 16gigs Corsair Vengance RAM, Intel core i5 9600K 3.9ghz, then a geforce 970.

Unless your video card is one of the those silent types where the fans stop when your not doing much, this sounds like a power problem. I would guess that your video card worked itself a bit loose in the drive. Unplug the PC, remove the video card and reinstall.

Let us know if that helps.

I would take out and reseat RAM modules as well.

It happened to me, no POST after moving the case around the house a few times. Turns out one of the modules had kinda moved a little out of the slot.
