Motherboard Doesnt boot up

Hi,

I am using ASUS m2mnx motherboard,
when the power is switched on the green light on motherboard is on
when i press the power button the fan on the processor rotates for a second or two and then shuts down.
This happens everytime i try to start my pc.

My pc was working I shifted it from my place to my friends place and the problem started(i.e. problem occurred after traveling)

PSU should be the main concern here. Check if all the connection are done properly.

all connections are proper i have tried changing PSU still no change

Double check the RAM's and the CPU is seated properly or not. The symptoms are of improper connections.

cant figure out whats the prob checked processor ram all the connections from psu
