I just received all my parts and started building only to realize I don't have enough case fan ports. This is my first time building a PC so I don't know what to do. All my case fans are 3 Pin

Connect the fans to the SATA power cable, or the Molex power cable plugged into the PSU - "Daisy chain" them if necessary.

no for that you want something more like this or what SR-71 posted. though i believe you have to have the same speeds for all attached fans and it uses one PWN port for the settings.

3 pins a work on a 4 pin connector yes but your motherboard connection must be a 4 pin. And then all the fans must be the same 3 pin. if you mix 3 and 4 pin fans the motherboard must have support of and be able to identify each type which most do not. 3pin pwn use a different voltages to differentiate certain pre-set speeds whereas a 4 pin has more control over speeds because it can adjust speed by rotation on the fly without adjusting the voltage. hope that helps.

All my motherboard System fan headers are 4 pin. all of my fans are 3 pin. Im guessing it will work?

also here is my motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H ATX LGA1150
yeah your motherboard uses 4pins so i see not issues with the adapters listed. beyond the caveats i mentioned about running all 3 pin or all 4 pin fans from the splitter.
