Motherboard doesn't recognize fan hub

Hello , i got the nzxt 450, it came with fan hub, the 3 case fan are plugged there and the pwm cable to cpu_fan but my mother doesn't recongnize , i read about many people with nzxt case have the same problem.
PD:I tried to plugged every fan single to the mother And it worked but i wont to use my fan hub.

yes , both are compatibility. Motherboard asus viii hero and case nzxt 450
