My motherboard doesn't recognize my headsets microphone from the back port. It works from the PC case port but not from the motherboard. When I connect it I can hear the "connected bling" but it says no audio input device connected, I also hear the same bling when disconnecting. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but it started happening yesterday when I updated my windows to the "KB4512508" version.
I have already tried different mic and updating audio drivers and now I need help with what to do next.
