Just recently I got myself a new motherboard, RAM, CPU etc. I installed it all, but when it came to the GPU, it's not recognized neither does it display anything to my primary monitor. Just yesterday it was working fine on my "old" build and now it can't be recognized or updated my NVIDIA.

GPU: 1070 GTX 8GB

Motherboard: ASUS TUF H310m-PLUS GAMING

CPU: Intel i5-8400 2.8GHz

RAM: Patriot Viper DDR4 8GBx2

PSU: Corsair CX600

The things I have tried so far are.
-Update my BIOS
-Switch Display in BIOS to PCIE
-re-seat it several times now
-Use an other PSU cable
-Checked if all PSU power cables are inserted correctly and thoroughly

None of that above has helped me, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Sounds like a problem with motherboard's PCIe slot. Note however that sometimes perfectly fine GPU will just not work with perfectly fine motherboard for no logical reason. That's rare but happens sometimes. Anyway, my first step here would be to try another GPU. If it also fails I would suspect faulty motherboard.
