Question Motherboard doesnt recognize ssd or any booting devices

One day the pc worked fine now im stuck on the bios menu and it doesnt recognize my ssd or anything else. I try to enter boot menu "the system cannot find any bootable devices" (not that im savvy enough to know what a bootable device is). Storage menu is also completely empty. I have replaced the cmos battery and reseated the ssd and still no changes. I have no idea what could have happened. Is it a update that happened while the pc was off? no idea. At this point i just wanna play my games again. pls help.

any idea why it could have died? it hasnt been too long since i bought this pc. or is this just something that happens? is there any way to recover data if thats the case?

pretty sure the ssd had a red light on while it was working before. i figured it wasnt on because i was just on the bios menu but maybe thats because its dead? sorry if these are the wrong pictures

Have you tried both M.2 sockets?

im pretty sure the other one is covered up by my gpu and i dont trust myself enough to try taking that off

It should have 3 years warranty.
Return it and get a new one.
