Question Motherboard don't post, GPU start spin 1 sec then stop

Hi all, I was building my first rig, all was ok at first, gpu recognized by the drivers, just had all time watchdog violations (I tried to go max VRAM pagination but didn't worked -My SSD is a Kingston 120 GB). At least, the gpu fan were spinning (If I connect the moled fans near the GPU (Anima Fan H12) works well too (spin without stop). That was with 3 rtx 3060 ti GPU on a Asrock H110 pro btc+. The PSU is an EVGA 1300w. I tried to add one rtx 3060 ti more, so 4 GPU (obviously all with risers), and after that, when I start the rig clicking on power button, all the 4 GPU fan start spin like 1 second and next stop spin. The CPU fan worked well, spinning. The display get's black. Important to know that I tried these GPU after that on another MOBO and worked fine (I'm mining right now with these GPU on that MOBO), so the problem is not GPU faulty.
Things I tried:

• Clear CMOS with pin and battery.
• Changing RAM SLOT (my ram is a DDR4 Crucial 8GB btw).
• Changing risers to new.
• Unpluging and pluging my display (Is connected onboard by DVI-HDMI adaptor to my display).
• Removing all pheriphericals except RAM+GPU+CPU. (Isolating only 1 GPU).
• Removing all pheriphericals except RAM+CPU. (Using integrated CPU graphics).
• Disconnect PSU cables and reconnect again.

The BIOS speakers didn't beep anything.

What can I do? Thanks!

How old is the PSU used in the build? What BIOS version are you working with on your motherboard?
