Motherboard driver disc will not work

Recently swapped my old motherboard out because of a BIOS issue with a new motherboard "Intel Corporation DZ68DB" and the disc will not work, ive tried running the application but the install button is grayed out and i don't know what to do.

Did the disk said what version of os?
saw your other thread. is windows 10? the disk driver will not support windows 10. try going to intel website to see if there driver for windows 10

It's an older motherboard because my CPU is 3rd gen I only see windows 8
