Hello guys, I don't know much about computers, despite this I assembled my first computer but in the motherboard box I didn't find any CD to install the motherboard drivers. Can you tell me if I need to install a program that does this instead of the CD? (motherboard)

They are linked in your motherboard manufacturers websites support page.

Driver CDs are pretty much obsolete these days because majority of PC cases don't have optical drive bays so USB is the way now. Would be handy though, even if use an external optical drive because sometimes network driver is required to get you on the internet if this is the only PC in the house.

Can get drivers from motherboard manufacturer's website anyway, if you can transfer from another device. But if your internet is good on this PC then go ahead.

Chipset, audio be the main ones. Don't use 3rd party automatic driver install programs, ya just don't know what you're really getting and for security reasons.

I installed the AMD chipset and APU drivers from the site you recommended, then used Geforce Experience to install the driver for my Geforce 4070, and used Windows Update and aorus App Center to install the drivers and some updates. Did I miss something or is my computer ready to use? Thank you all for Helping me. I'm not very expert with computers

Looks like it's good to go. Video cable is connected to the 4070 yeah? Apu video out is via motherboard ports and won't give you the performance compared to your graphics card, just fyi.

Besides that, check cpu temperature with Core Temp. https://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

Could you list your entire specs including case and power supply.

I connected the cable to the 4070, shouldn't I have also installed the apu driver or was I right to install apu and the drivers for the 4070? my pc:

Psu: Corsair RM850e
Mobo: B550M Aorus elite
Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600x
Ram: 32 GB viper steel
Cooler: Zircon oversteel 240
Ssd: Fanxiang ss80 pcie 4.0 1tb
Chassis: marsgaming mc-view
Video card: Asus GeForce 4070 OC Dual

Should be fine.

Only gripe i have is going water for a cpu that doesn't need it. It's done now so continue on. Pumps do eventually fail, maybe 2~3 yrs from now, where HSF last lifetime. It's something to be aware of, just keep tabs on CPU temps every now and then.
