Motherboard Error Code 53

So, I've been having problems in the past with my computer, and I've around to believe its somehow the motherboard. I bought a tester, plugged it in, and I'm getting it to cycle through some digits when i start up, but I get the error code 53 everytime. In the manual it says "Initialize Time Value in 40h: BIOS Area. I've looked around for what this means, but I can't find anything on it.

I really need to know what this means so i can know if this is why my computer has been messing with me.
