Question Motherboard ethernt led blinking

hey i just build my first pc on b550 ds3h but there is 2 lights on my motherboard 1 of them is yellow and blinking other is orange i look at the manual orange means 1gb connection but i have 100mb connection and blinking light means data transmission or receiving is occurring but my internet works fine what should i do

It just means your local network is capable of gigabit bandwidth. So all the devices, more or less, on your network can talk at up to gigabit speeds to each other. Your internet will still run at whatever speeds the ISP advertised.

so is it blinking beacause i am not getting 1gb or there is issue with cable ?
