Motherboard fail help ?

So the problem is when i try to start my pc with the ram stick in the first 4 slots of ram it won't post and i get on dr dbug error number 10

Code 10 is related to memory issues.
What about just 1 stick or ram??

so there is 4 slots on the left and 4 on the right , when i put them in the left slots i get that error 10 but in the right side is working perfectly i don't know why 2 days ago was perfectly fine but not enymore and i don't know why , i switch every stick of ram but is not working
