Motherboard Failed

Hi,

I've had problems with my build after a year of using it with no problems. I'm pretty sure it's the motherboard... The motherboard is a DFI LANParty UT RDX 200.

-ATI Radeon X1900 XT / 512MB GDDR3 / PCI Express / Dual DVI / VIVO / Video Card
-Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 SATA NCQ 3.0Gb/s 300GB 16MB Cache (OEM)
-Cooler Master Centurion 5 - Blue ATX Mid-Tower Case with Front USB, Firewire and Audio Ports

Should I rebuy the same motherboard to replace my broken one or should I try something new??

Beep codes? Different power supply? Bad memory stick? I've made wrong assumptions about system failures before. But if you're sure, I would rma the board to DFI. I was able to talk to them once, and they offered to send me a free backplate for a newegg open box I was considering purchasing. I haven't found any bullet proof motherboards, so pick one in your price range and use the DFI for a spare. Etech4sale has the best selection of 939 boards I've found anywhere, but I've never ordered from them.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS and installing the latest BIOS?
