I have an XFX motherboard which is pretty old and the fan used to make a screatching noise and struggled to spin and it has stopped spinning for around 3 weeks now.

There is a Intel fan just above it and an XFX fan below it, is this a huge issue? It has been running fine even though the fan doesnt work.

Thank you

If temps are fine, you're fine. I'd recommend removing the fan to at least increase the airflow a little more. It was nothing wrong with your motherboard. The bearing or motor just died. Finding a new fan, probably 120mm, shouldn't cost more than 30$; 10$ if you're looking in the right place.
