Question Motherboard faulty?

Please can someone tell me what’s wrong with my PC, everytime I turn my pc on it stays on a black screen for several seconds then I get this message:

CMOS date/time not set
Press F2 or del to run set up
press F1 to continue

After googling I was sure it was the CR2032 mobo battery, I’ve replaced it and I get same message
Please help

Have you tried to just set the correct date/time in BIOS? What happens? Are you able to boot to windows normally? Are you getting a security certificate error on your browser?
