Not sure which to choose
ASROCK FATAL1TY H97 KILLER
ASUS H97-PRO GAMER

Chose this because they are only around $120 (rough estimate), e2200 feature,
. I'm not really planning to SLI or overclock both cpu and gpu (maybe just the boost/ turbo boost feature)

asus strix gtx960
seasonic SII12 520W 80PLUS Bronze
kingston hyper x ddr3 4b pc1600 x2

Solution
With MoBo 1, somebody had an SSD lose connection to the board randomly and the computer would crash. NO WAY WOULD I DEAL WITH THAT DURING A GAME!!!!!! That's what stands out to me.
I'm not sure if its intensive but I play dota 2 and an mmorpg game. I'm really hoping that the e2200 will also act as a router, wherein it will limit the bandwidth of wifi user, because my modem have an installed wifi.

I'd go with the ASUS mobo personally, they tend to be a little more reputable than Asrock mobos. Also just looking at your other specs, if you havent already purchased the 960 I'd recommend getting a r9 280x instead. It's got more vram so it'll last you longer and play better at higher resolutions than the 960. With that you'll need a beefier PSU so i reconmend atleast a 620w. Here's a great one: http://www.amazon.com/Antec-Current-HCG-620M-BRONZE-Modular/dp/B006TVQTFE/?tag=logicaincrem-20. Its not much more than that Seasonic PSU, and its a higher wattage and semi modular. Don't go with a non-modular if you don't have to because dealing with those extra cables is hell in any case smaller than a full tower. Good luck and happy PC building.
