motherboard for 478 with PCI-E

hi there, i want to buy new tv card around 270$ and 90% of the tv cards in Israel are PCI-E, therefore i must replace my MBoard, i saw only one for socket 478: ASSUS P4GD1 915P.
i didn't find any reviews about it, for good or worst.
i will be glad if someone here acn share information about it, or link to aa review about it..
i need it for 3D visualisation that require tv card power more than processor.
