Motherboard for a PC build

So anyway, I have this build and happens that I couldn’t find the exact motherboard I wanted, in the other hand I got this Gigabyte H61. Would it be okay if I swapped the ASRock one with the Gigabyte for this build?

And concerning the video card, does it have to be MSI? Also, any other alternatives for the following motherboard and video card for compatibility?

Intel Core i3-4130 Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 doesn't fit the LGA 1155 Intel H61 motherboard.

And concerning the video card, does it have to be MSI? No, it doesn't.
