Motherboard for amd phenom ii x4

Hello,
I have just built my own computer and placed a AMD Phenom II X4 (HDZ965FBGMBOX) CPU within a Asus M5A78L-M LX Motherboard. It is not sending a signal to my screen. Everything is connected. Any deas why?

Looks like your motherboard has a limit of 95 watts on the cpus. Since your cpu is 125 watts, it may not run. You may need a new motherboard. Be sure to check under "cpu support" before ordering the board.
