[SOLVED] Motherboard for an i5-12400f ?

Hey, im building myself a new pc, but i still cannot decide which motherboard i should get, pc specs are below:

gpu: asus rtx 3060ti
Cpu: i5-12400f
mobo: ?
ram: Depends on the motherboard, probably some kingston fury rgb or something
psu: corsair rm750
case: Nzxt h510

I already checked some of the mobos and found those, what do you think about them?

ASUS TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS (190€)
MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 LGA 1700 (161.98€)
Gigabyte B660M GAMING X DDR4 (174€)

You can recommend me other mobos also, those are just the ones that i thought might work fine.

Of the boards you have, the Gigabyte B660M Gaming X or Asus Tuf B660M.

Why not well reviewed B660 Mortar?

Price and/or availability would be my guess. The US only has the WiFi version of that board atm and it isn't cheap.

If I was running an i9 or an unlocked cpu then I'd choose the Asus first and the Gigabyte second but any of those boards will do just fine for a 12400F.
