Motherboard for Coffe Lake 8700K: Any suggestion?

Hi,

I want a motherboard that will fit well with my CPU (i7 8700K) and that has a the best features.

I will be using 3000Mhz Lat15 DDR4 Ram Stick and a ASUS Rog Strix GTX 1070. M.2-2280 MX300 Crucial 525Gb for a drive.

This PC will be for Video Editing/3D animation/Gaming

Planninh on overclocking the i7 to probably between ~4.2. And 4.5 GHz depending on my CPU Cooler


My budget is MAX $215 CAN for the motherboard.

I already considered these two options:

- Asus - ROG Strix Z370-H Gaming ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Or

- Gigabyte - Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming (rev. 1.0) ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

But feel free to suggest other options

To be honest all of the motherboard options for Z370 aren't bad. I would just go with whatever matches your preferences with features. If you don't have any preferences, look up reviews to see which ones are the most highly rated.

If you want a cheap board with many features i would go for the asrock z370 extreme4. Although it was mentioned in a review that high overclocks like 5ghz would need a bit more voltage on that particular board. But still it's a bargain.

The Asrock is great too, but here in Canada it's actually more expensive than the others
