Motherboard for g3258 Gigabye, Asrock or Asus

so i'm about to use my newly bought intel g3258 and im picking a motherboard for this. doing not much OC'ing. maybe 4ghz to 4.3ghz

which one do you prefer:
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H

I'd go either the Gigabyte/Asus, both solid boards for the price. Of the two, as listed above, It is the Gigabyte; only board with VRM cooling (heatsinks), and would be my puck of the lot. Compared to the ASRock, both of those boards have the ability to support up to 32GB Ram, if that is ever needed. Only advantage of the ASRock is the better chipset.
