the msi motherboard is cheaper, but the gigabyte one looks better because of covered vrm, better positioned sata ports, all 4-pin fan headers, etc.

you should check your local shops if you find better price on the motherboards. recommendations are based on price.

I dont think Intel Motherboard Offers anything, I was at some times also confused about choosing the Mobo, but Intel don't offer any Solid Features ,
But the ASUS, Gigabyte & MSI (In Mid Range Too) offers good amount of features like,
GigaByte - Ultra Durable 4 Plus, UEFI Dual Bios, Onboard accelration for USB & Sata (3.0)
ASUS - 5x Protection, New easy BIOS (friendly Interface), UASP Support for USB 3.0 acceleration.
+ alot more & MSI provides also good features within the price range.

intel motherboards are fine. but they are often priced higher than competing brands while offering same or less features.

flipkart says it's around 8k inr.
anyway, competing brands offer better-featured boards under 8k inr (except the mini pcie slot, that one is the intel board's advantage). such as these:

huh. i might have to re-evaluate my recommendations. OP should know that intel gaming builds can hardly be cheap if you really want to play at high res. like 1080p.

the hyperx blu kit you recommended in the previous thread runs at 1.65v. haswell and ivb need 1.5v ram. the core i3 build was a good try.. but the build with cooler master psu was bad. low end cm psu should be avoided.

from the previous thread:

you can't do this one a monitor whose native resolution is 1366x768. if you do, the image will stretch out of display area. for 1080p gaming at low settings, you'd need a 7770 at least.

What i thoughg was dat i will bjy a good processor nd invest more amt in it..nf den afrer a year or so i will buy a good graphics card also cuz if i take a wwak processor bt a good gpu..i cant upgradw d processor later on bf i can do it d oder way round..idk i would have had it 1366*768 only

what are you posting from?...
yeah, investing in the platform now and afterwards upgrading the graphics card is a good idea. however, that means you'd have to live with underpowered graphics. as long as you're okay with that.

you'd need a good quality power supply regardless.

as for system ram, your budget allows for a single 8GB dimm. the cheapest dual channel kit is 1.65v, the cpu you chose needs 1.5v ram. such as

you should check your motherboard's q.v.l. and then check your local shops for kits, then compare the compatibility of your chosen kit with your chosen motherboard. flipkart's 2x 4GB kit prices exceed your set limit.

Yes i know. It runs at 1333MHz by default at 1.5V. U will have to set it to run at 1600MHz. It's compatible. But that is the best CL9 memory u can get at that price. Wait its price just went up...lol

2GB ddr3 is the video memory (vram). you have to specify the gpus you are comparing. you don't need 2 GB ddr3 for low-res. gaming, 1GB gddr5 vram would be much better, if you can afford a graphics card with gddr5 vram. for example, radeon hd 6670 or 7750 with 1GB gddr5 will be better than radeon hd 6670/7750 2GB ddr3. here 6670 and 7750 are the gpus' model numbers.

Oh man c'mon! Ddr3 is nt equivalent to zero.. i will buy a gpu after a year ..a gud one..d integrated graphics wont handle heavy games..y gotta suggest me something and is nvidia or d amd better for ddr3?

never said it was zero. i said it has less performance, even in budget graphics cards. as for integrated, the hd4600 igpu in core i5 4440 isn't as weak as gma4500hd. it'll be able to carry on for a little while at the resolution you play (1366x768). the biggest problem will be driver support, which, you will have to update from intel from time to time. if hd4600 doesn't hold up, then get a radeon hd 7750 1 gb gddr5 after you save up some money.
as for 'heavy games', those will bring low budget, entry level gfx cards with weak gpus to their knees. brand won't matter.
