You don't need to spend a lot of money on the motherboard when you won't be overclocking.

Why should i choose asRock? have more solid components?

That particular board is about the same quality, maybe better quality control than the MSI, but there's no point in spending the additional $30-$50 on a locked CPU motherboard.
