Motherboard for i5-4690K and GTX 970

I planned on buying an MSI Z97 Gaming 5 that was $110 on amazon but the price went up slightly and it is out of my budget. $110 is the max I want to spend on a motherboard, what is another good one that allows overclocking?

Edit: Just found an i5 4690K with ASUS Z97-AR LGA 1150 Intel ATX Motherboard combo at my local microcenter for $280! This combo sounds perfect, but I would like some reassurance from others before I purchase.

I don't have exact model Asus motherboard but its pretty close and I have same CPU and I haven't had any problems with either of them... What reassurances do you want exactly?

Every motherboard I bought in last 17 years have been Asus, never had a problem with them yet.
