Motherboard for i5-6600K

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a motherboard for i5-6600k up to $100. Preferably with 4 RAM slots and good for overclocking. It's my first time building a PC so I don't really know what to pick.

<$100 doesn't leave a lot of options.

to overclock, u need a z170 platform...and most of the z170 start around the $100 range...having said that, this is a entry level z170, but should be enuf for wat u r looking for, including 4 ram slots...

Yea, I think ill go with Asus mobo, I've heard they make best mobos

What RAM should I pick? what's the difference between this ram:

this is 16gb as opposed to 8gb from the other link...but it has a lower memory clock of 2133mhz which is slower them the other one 2400mhz...
