Motherboard for i5 8400

Hi guys i decided to get the cpu i5 8400. So i have to change my ram and motherboard too. I'm ooking for a motherboard that supports 3000 mhz ram and that doesn't need to be bios updated. I'm not sure if bios update only exists on ryzen motherboards but yea i heard you need to bios update some ryzen motherboards and i dont want that here. Please suggest me a good motherboard that supports 3000 mhz ram and doesn't require bios update ( i dont want rgb and shit its useless for me). Price should be around 100 euro max pls

There is no guarantee the the 8400 even when mounted on a Z370 OR Z390 will reach 3000mhz on a set rated for it.

8400 is officially rated for 2666.

Ofc it can run 3000 with a good motherboard.
