Motherboard for i7 4790k + msi gtx 970

Hello, I am a gamer that is going to buy a new decent computer!
What i'm gonna do on it is play games and stream + make videos sometimes.
Which motherboard do you recommend for me? Which is the best one for the money.
I will be using stock till I get problems and need overclocking. That's my plan and then I don't want to buy a new mobo just for that.

Well, I was thinking of going with the asus z97-a first because it looked like a cheap and good motherboard. Is it a okay board or is Ranger one needed?

What's the difference between ASUS maximus VII ranger and Asus z97-a?

I kinda want the lowest money put on it as possible. So tbh, I just want the cheapest possible but still good mobo. ( I don't care really about fancy features, I just want to be able to play games and do OC if needed to help me playing them better )
