Motherboard for intel core i7 2600

Budget ?

I don't know that I would want to invest much in such an old platform .... not that the 2600 (P67 / H67) doesn't compete reasonably well with today's current processors, it's just that support and replacement parts are getting scarce.

Also what are related needs ... CF / SLI capability ? Overclocking ? ATX, Micro ATX or ITX ?

Sorry for stupid questions but can you show me where it's says TDP 95W ?
I checked their website but didn't find anything about TDP. I don't want to buy incompatible Motherboard

I want to upgrade my PC but I don't want to buy a new CPU because i7 2600 is very expensive to just replace it. That's why I decided to buy a new Motherboard and gtx 960 graphics card.
I did already purchase GPU and need now a ATX or mATX Motherboard that doesn't need overclocking or CF/SLI

I guess I didn't get my point across.... The 2600k / P67 was the most common pairing when the 2600 came out. New P67, Z77 and such MoBos are going to be rare and often expensive. So while I am not saying abandon the 2600 CPU, I am saying it doesn't make a lot of sense to put a $2,000 set of chrome trims on a $500 car. I am suggesting that you consider a much less expensive H series chipset rather than Z77 / P67 since you are not overclocking or not going to be using SLI.

The MSI @ €49.95 makes the most sense
