This is the right socket for CPU.
Your RAM is clocked at 1600MHz which is supported by any one.
Your case supports all classic motherboard form factor.
The only thing that will change is features offered by the different motherboards, e.g. #ram slots, #usb ports, #pci extension slots, ...
Do you want to easily add two more ram sticks in the future or you don't care?
Are you satisfied with the amount of ports?
If so go with the H81, it won't affect your performance.
If you need 4 ram slots, go with the cheap H97 listed above.
