[SOLVED] Motherboard for new build not POSTing

Hi all,

Motherboard for a new build will not post -- lights flash quickly then nothing. Replaced motherboard, CPU, and power supply and still same result.

MB: Gigabyte AORUS Z390 Pro wifi. CPU: Intel 9700K. Memory: DD4-3200 RipJaws.

I am trying to get MB, CPU and one memory stick to post, but still no luck. Went through the No-Post checklist but everything seems ok.

Gigabyte claims that the MB does not require a BIOS update for ninth generation Intel.

Any ideas on what to try next? As I mentioned, I RMA'd the CPU, MB and power supply and still no luck with the replacements.

Have you tested the board outside the case?

Yes, I am testing the new MB outside the case.

Try leaving only cpu and cpu cooler installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. No other components or wires. Start the board by shorting the 2 pins and see if same issue.
