Motherboard for pc build with i7-4790

So im looking to build a gaming pc for myself, ive never done it before and have limited knowledge on compatibility and other things.
So far ive decided to buy
i7-4790
ram : 16G Kit 1600 (8Gx2) Kingston Fury
seagate barracuda 1tb
Kingston HyperX Fury 240gb ssd
4G GTX 970 Gigabyte OC
power supply: corsair cx600 m

so i was wondering what mother board would work best for this set up. i do have a limited budget so a mother board under 200, maybe if i have to stretch it under 250. in aussie dollars btw

also if you have any better recommendations for any of the parts listed above please feel free to recommend

can you link a website so I can see your areas prices... also DO NOT GET THAT CX PSU... it was recently moved to tier 4 on the PSU tier list: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
I would recommend something in the top 2 tiers if you are gaming or pushing your system in any way

Also do you really need 16GB of RAM 8GB works for most people
